Customize your AndexChart
As an option, you can add your company logo or any other information to the bottom of AndexCharts. This is a great method of advertising your services or products to your customers.

Who can customize?
Anyone ordering 500 charts or more can add customization, however, charts can be ordered flat, ready for customization by you.

Customizing handout charts
The bottom 2.5" of the front cover can be customized for orders of at least 500 units.

1. The minimum order to customize handouts is 500 units. However, charts may be ordered flat, ready for customization and you may have them customized yourself.
2. The minimum order to customize wallcharts is 5,000 units. For orders between 1,000 and 5,000, Andex will produce a sticker which you may place on the chart. Stickers have a set-up fee of $35.00 and are $1.00 per sticker.
3. Basic black imprinting for handouts is 20¢ per chart.
4. A one colour process is 25¢ per chart.
5. Two colour imprinting is 30¢ per chart.
6. For more than two colours or customizing with metallic ink, a quote will be provided based on the Pantone numbers.
7. An initial set-up fee of $35.00 is charged for customization. The set-up fee is for first time customers, or for changes to a previous job.
8. Artwork is to be sent directly to the printer. When sending artwork, please be sure to include your name, company, fax and telephone number. For camera ready artwork, please forward to Natalie Kemeny at Lacasse Printing, 11670 County Road 42, Tecumseh, ON N8N 3C4.
9. You may email artwork to natalie.foto@lacasseprinting.com using the following formats:
   -CorelDraw (PC) up to version 10. Include fonts or export as an EPS file with the following settings: include header, TIF format, 8-bit colour, resolution 300 dpi with transparent background, text to curves
   -Adobe Illustrator, Mac up to version 10, PC up to version 7. Please include fonts or convert text to outlines
   -Note: any file using transparency effects is not guaranteed to print as seen on the monitor
   -Macromedia Freehand, saved with all text converted to outlines, saved as an EPS file
   -Please ensure that the correct Pantone colours are used in the file
10. A PDF format proof will be emailed to you prior to printing. If you are unable to receive a PDF, a proof will be faxed to you. If the proof is correct you must approve it and fax to (519) 735-8417. If corrections are needed, please phone Natalie at (519) 735-4121.
